I founded NorthKin after mapping out my own career and while preparing career plans for my Grade 9 son — so I see this problem from both sides, as a working professional and as a parent. With 25 years of work experience across Marketing, Retail, Business Development and E-Commerce, plus 4 years of advisory work, I bring practical, no-nonsense guidance — not a personality quiz. Every NorthKin session includes both the client and the person whose voice matters most in their decision — a parent, a partner, a manager, a mentor. Most people walk in stuck on the same decision for the same reason: they've only heard their own side of it. My role is to surface the other side and resolve the gap, not paper over it. Format: in-person, online, or hybrid, based in Gurugram. Why ₹1,499? What's the catch?

There is no catch. Northkin is opening its consultation slots at an intro rate to build our first set of detailed case studies. After 20 clients at ₹1,499, the standard fee applies — and the slots at this price go away for good. The session, plan, and deliverables are exactly the same.

Is this online or in-person?

Both. Most sessions are on Google Meet or Zoom. In-person sessions in Delhi NCR can be arranged on request after we confirm the slot.

Who is the session with?

Every session is led by Nikhil Sharma, founder of Northkin. We do not hand your case to a junior counsellor after the booking call.

What if I'm not sure what I want to ask?

That is the most common situation, and it's exactly why the session exists. Send a short note in the form, and we'll prepare the right questions for you before the call.

Can my parents join the session?

For school-student cases, yes — we actively encourage one parent to be on the call. For working professionals, the session is one-on-one.
